One Year!!

Well Last Thursday was my 1 year Anniversary, but I have been so busy I haven’t had time to post.  Anyway I just wanted to say that I am so thankful for you all and our locker room.  I enjoy reading all the posts and keeping up with everyone’s struggles and victories as well as all the comic relief. 

 

So here are my stats:  Starting Weight 10/01/06 = 326  BMI = 52.6  Date of RNY 10/25/07 = 304 Today = 168.4  BMI = 27.2  Total Lost = 157.6 lbs

Before and After  Pants: 54 – 34  Shirts: 3x – M  Shoes: 10.5 – 9.5  Sleep Apnea: Gone  Borderline Diabetic: Gone  Borderline High Blood Pressure: Gone

It has been an exceptional year and one that I will remember forever.  I still stare at myself in the mirror because I just can’t belive the transformation.

Thank GOD for modern medicine and for allowing me to be so fortunate to have this second chance at life and I plan to use it to be here for my wife and kids for a very longtime.
