Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone!  It's time to rise and shine!  A new day and a new week are here and we are all going to have a wonderful day and week.  RIGHT!?  We are going to make it be.   Our challenge today is to be learn to accept change.  Life is all about change.  WLS is all about change.  Change is good sometimes.  Change can bring newness.  Change can also bring trying times. What is important is that we can accept it and move on.   If you need change in your life, ONLY YOU can bring that change!  How bad do you want change?  DO you want change?  Both of these are questions that only you can answer.  When you make up your mind for change, accept it and enjoy your life.   So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm loving some awesome Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberry coffee from my awesome friend Karen G in Texas.  This stuff is soooo good!  Thanks again Karen! I've been in a rut for the last couple of days and I needed to read your post to get me going.  So, now I'm going to the YMCA to use the pool.  It's a really nice friendly place.
