My starting weight? 340... in January 2006 (My highest too)
My weight today: 185
My lowest: 185

I am celebrating one year with the same weight!!!...

Of course it goes from 185 to 187 but it is normal for me...

I still am in of an adjustment but I have had another health problem that has prevented an adjustment at this time so I have just had to keep working off of resolve and willpower. My wife and I have been hitting the gym, or working out locally (walks, golf, etc…) so that has helped tremendously. Hey guys!  First real checkin.  I normally don't just because I weigh on Monday mornings instead of Sunday.  I wish I could only weigh myself once a week, but as I get closer to Sunday I get more ancy to see what is up (or down!) Doing real well overall I think.  Right at 3 months since surgery and down nearly 80 pounds from my highest (which was right before surgery, before the weekend dump fest, so I count it in my weight loss).  Feeling really good, and finally outpaced my family when we went on a walk this weekend. Highest 354 Surgery 345 Week 13 274.4 Loss since lastweek - 3.4 Total Loss -79.6!

Last week 230 This week 227 Starting 346 Total loss 119

Yup....just me the Monday guy....

Biggest : 404 Last Week : 224 This Week : 223 Lost last Week : 1 lb Total lost : 181 lbs
