I'm A LOOOOSER !!

Had my 6 month check up yesterday. Off all meds/ no more CPAP. I've officially lost from 346 to 234. Neck from 21 to 17. Waist from 59 to 42. All blood was good, so i splurged and drank a SIX PACK, not really I ate a banana. Thanks for the support!!

Congrats!!  All good things!  I'm looking forward to my 6 month in a few weeks.  curious to see what the blood will show.
