At GOAL!!! and below too!

Hey all... I am now at 224, which is 1 lb under my goal weight of 225!!!! While I realize that the goal weight I set was an arbitrary number, I am so so pleased to actually "get" there....what a ride! I am SO SO happy with the new man that I've become...thanks one and all here for your help and support.... Now, I think I wanna go down to 202 to actually BE half the man I used to be! Will take a lot of time I reckon, but hey life is so good, who'd care? Jim "the happy canuck!!!"

Thanks lads...the Locker Room has been a pretty good spot to use for my last year, and I cant' wait to see where I'll be in the next 12 months too! And "maintenance" seems like it's going to be somewhat difficult, what with all the hugs and kisses and hugs and "way to go JVR's" and hugs and kisses and wolf whistles and hugs....oh...did I mention that canuck ladies LOVE to hug.... Whatta ride! WoooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooo! I'm pretty proud of my loss....and happy to feel like I'm 25 again too!  Man, was I ever in "too too too big" land for too too long..... So...now....I'm going to a new restaurant "dry run" opening tonite to be wined and dined...hey, maybe I'll even have  a beer....or two! Course, I'm learning to love Cesars too.... Can yall tell I'm a happy camper....and gosh, the support I get here is awesome!!!! Thanks lads....and I mean that from the bottom of my canuck heart! Jim
