OK guys, a number of you have talked about having "FART"s. I know this is an acronym for something, but I haven't figured it out yet. What does it stand for? Here is an update, I went to see the vampire today, she drew blood to check my B1 level. Hopefully the Complex B vitamins I have been taking have done the job and it is up to acceptable levels. I have an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow. The insurance wanted me to have a consultation before they would approve me for surgery. I had a slight irregular heart beat when I did the sleep study. If all goes well with those things, I should be good to go for November 9th. I am SOOO ready to join you guys on the losers side. The sun came out today and I decided to jump on the motorcycle for a ride. The coat I wear is usually tight at the bottom. I haven't been able to ride for a month (it has been raining a lot here). I put the coat on, and it already fits better than it did a month ago when I last wore it. I can't wait to have to actually have to replace it with a smaller one. Oh, and for those interested, It is an '03 Honda Goldwing.

Here it is:

Fabulous Awesome Remarkable Tremendous Over on the main board they use WOW moments, so instead the locker room came up with its own WOW moment.   So go ahead and stink the place up and FART away.   All the best Chris Starting Weight 326/New Goal165/Current 170.8

Fabulous Awesome Remarkable Tremendous

That is what a FART stands for and the smeller the better that’s why most of put on the gas mask before we get on the board. Good luck on your tests so you get your Nov 9th date. I had mine Nov, 14th 2006, one of the best things that ever happened to me. We will keep you a seat on the losers bench.

Good luck. Alan
