'nother 2 FARTs here too!

My wife's wish for her 50th birthday, was to finally go to San Francisco...so last Thursday we flew out of Toronto to that "city by the bay!"  I did NOT have to ask for a seat extender!!!!! WooHoo! I was ABLE to lower the tray to eat off too!!!!!!! WooHoo one more time..... Gosh, I so love being 226....it's like the best thing that I've ever ever done! Oh, and SF? No wonder Tony Bennett said he left his heart there..it is without a doubt the most beautiful US city we've visited....the hills, the multi-cultural areas, Haight/Ashbury, the Castro, Nob Hill, the Embarcadaro, Golden Gate bridge and Marin county -- Sonoma and Napa....we just tried to cram all that and more into 4 short (too dang short) days.....and we'll be back too! Jim, Those are great farts, Congratulations on stinking up the plane.    Having a comfortable ride in an airplane was one of my best farts as well. That freedom, plus your ability to walk all over SF during those four days, must have made that trip twice as nice.  Enjoy your next trip.

Hi Jim -  Hello from a San Francisco resident (the very colorful Castro).  Happy to hear you had a good visit to San Francisco.  I came here 12 years ago and just decided to stay.  It's a beautiful city, and sooo much easier to walk around carrying 100 lbs less up and down all those hills! JP

It is much easier traveling when you are thinner isnt it?   I am actually writing to you from Tokyo and am experiencing all of the things you just described.

I agree about San Francisco.  I love to visit whenever I can.  My brother has been living in the East Bay for about 14 years and loves it.

When I am in town, I always visit the wineries in the countryside, Yoshis Jazz Club in Oakland, and if I have time, drive up to Lake Tahoe for some gambling.  The mountains are beautiful there too.
