Moving Forward!!

What's up guys? Hadn't been around a lot lately. Just mopeing around and lurking. LOL! As some of you know, my surgery was postponed last month due to elevated BP. Well, My pre op testing went great yesterday!!. My BP is down to normal. 161/86 (I almost kissed that woman when she said that!!!! LOL!!) They also did an EKG and it was normal as well. The cool part is, that I have also lost another 3 lbs in the process!!! That gives me a total loss of 42 LBS since started this process in June!! Man I am loving this!! So far so good. Right now my date has been moved to Monday the 22nd. I am just waiting to hear back from the surgeon's office to get confirmation from them, but everything is where they wanted it to be.  As always, I thank for your prayers, support and well wishes. I appreciate it!

Hey Eric, Always good to see someone about to join us on the loosing bench.  You'll be there soon.  You've done great so far.  Just remember to walk, sip, walk, sip, walk as much as you can. We're all pulling for you.  Let us know how things go! Rob
