Hi Kev,

Great to see what you look like, you stud. Sorry to hear about the pull. Try alternating ice and heat. Groin muscles have a habit of repulling. Is this the first time? Best thing you can do is to not worry about it and switch to bike in a few days. You'll be able to run again in a couple of weeks.

Hey Dave. thats exactly what I did,  the Ice and heat.  i did 4 hours at a time of each for about 36 hours.  It realy healed up well.  I hardly feel it at all.  Thanks for your concern and advise. Kevin

after 4 hrs of ice I'm surprised you felt anything, especially if it was in the groin area. ha ha

Ha Ha!  Your a funny guy Jer, I hate to admit this, But down in my groin area, there isn't that much to freeze!  Ha Ha
