one STINKING LOUSY GOSH DANG pound...

Hey all... been on a plateau now for almost a month...and suddenly today I'm down 2 lbs!!! and 1 pound to my goal of 225!!!!!!! wooHoo.... can NOT wait.........after 54 weeks and so much support from you all here....I'm almost at goal! Jim

I hate you,....no ,...thats great..... Really!! I'm still stuck since July 9.  Stopped weighing mostly. I am very happy for you and wish you continued success.  You have done well and deserve the happiness. Way to go!
