No Word

I am now starting the second week of no word from my insurance company after they changed their stance on my surgery two days before I was scheduled.  The last word I got was they are looking into the approval mistake.  I am not sure what they are looking into either they will or they won't, it has gone through every office and is now on the desk of the CEO.   At this point my anger and frustration are only equalled by feelings hopelessness.   I understand the never give up mentality but short of a law suit which has not been ruled out I am at the mercy of an insurance company.   Even my posts are depressing the hell out of me, how wrong is that. 

Dave, maybe do throw an e-mail to a WLS Lawyer- GaryViscio Sometimes just a letter, rather than a full blown Court case will do the trick. Best Wishes- Dx
