Thanks to many of you for telling me to stop obsessing over my scale, and the fact that the GF physically took it away. I am no longer hooked on weighing myself. But about every 7-10 days I still do, just not the 2-3 times a day I was prior... Highest                - 349 Date of Surgery    - 342  (8/30/07) Last week            - 289.5 Today                  - 284 Loss for week      - 5.5 lbs down  Total loss from DOS -  65
