multivitamin question
I go to Bariatric Adavantage (online) and order a 3 mo. supply of multivitamins, calcium, iron (all chewable and a variety of flavors), as well as sub-lingual B12. I have a standing order that is shipped to me every 3 months because I know that once I run out, I will procrastinate and not get the vites that I need. I also order a supply of protein bars that are sugar free. They also carry "Queasy Pops" if you, like me, had the 90-day, post-op nausea feeling.
