My Nut reccomends Simply Jif. It has a white label. It has 33% less sugar and is low in sodium. In reality, no more than I eat at a time I don't think it really makes a huge difference. For two Tbl. spoons it has 190 calories, 16g f fat, 3g sat fat, 65 mg of sodium, total carb 6g, fiber 2g, sugar 2g and protein 8 g. It's not that much higher than regular Jif.  pan head

I just use the regular Jif and it's not caused me any problems.

Course, I don't eat too much of it either, hardly ever the full 2 tblspn serving size.

I just cut to the chase and eat dry roasted peanuts as a daily snack. That cuts out all the additives and only has 5 carbs and 7 grams of protein in 1oz. I do have a little peanut butter on raison toast for breakfast somedays.

I have been using plain old Skippy since very early out. Never had any problems as it has less then 4g of sugar per serving and I never eat more than a serving.
