Peanut butter
My Nut reccomends Simply Jif. It has a white label. It has 33% less sugar and is low in sodium. In reality, no more than I eat at a time I don't think it really makes a huge difference. For two Tbl. spoons it has 190 calories, 16g f fat, 3g sat fat, 65 mg of sodium,total carb 6g, fiber 2g, sugar 2g and protein 8 g. It's not that much higher than regular Jif.
