The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
Happy Sunday - losers (and soon to be losers).
Well, I am .8 of a pound away from my goal. I can't belive it. I've been running a lot and really craving carbs. I think this is normal? Here are my stats:
Starting weight - 326 - BMI - 52.6
DOS - RNY 10/25/06 - 304
Today - 175.8
Lost this week - 0.8
BMI - 28.4
Goal - 175 (once I get to this goal, I will set a new weight goal)
Total lost - 150.2

Hello from Colorado!
I've been hanging in the upper 220s for a few weeks now. Compared to over 350 pounds a little over a year ago, it's very nice. I would like to get down to the 210s though. It's more of a want, than a need at this point.
Life has become quite normal!

Have been hoping to slow down my weight loss, as I'm 6'4" and am very happy about where I'm at. By increasing calories (mostly grains), I've helped my digestion and slowed down to about a pound lost per week. I've also had a few more treats this week compared to usual. I have kept it to a minimum, but have enjoyed a few things that have been strictly off-limits for the past 6 months.
