The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In October 7th! scale  (I've been "Off-the-Web" a lot these last few weeks, in non-cyber-activity. Hope all are doing well.) (Continued thoughts, prayers and well wishes out for Bob and family....) Congratulations and Welcome to our New Guys. For those of you headed in next week--Have the Greatest! For those of you just home— "Keep Sippin' tha****er, and Walkin' Bunches"- Hang in there, And all of you "Livin' on Liquid only Pre-Op Diets!! Same thoughts- It Does Get Easier/Different, Each Week! Yes, using the scales can make some crazy, (Slower loss is Still Loss!) -But- Keeping track and forcing myself to "Watch It!" Has been the "What works for me," for maintaining my loss. I’ll eat, but know that I need to exercise a little bit more If the numbers climb just a little. That way, I only make "Little" adjustments to my weekly routine. If the "Scales Make You Discouraged?" Then STAY OFF of Them! But for those who Are weighing in- Drum roll-------------------------------------- Hop your Azz up on the Scales! How much have you lost? Since Surgery? Or in Pre-Op Diet? And has the Scale moved this week for you? If so, How Much? My Starting Weight? – 385 + All Time Low – 179 Me?-    after dropping to 181 last week for no apparent reason I'm back up to 183 this morning. (Yes, It's actually my Saturday Weight, but I'm headed out and will be up and out the door in the morning before I get a chance to post!) So, What about YOU? (NEW GUYS AND LURKERS? Scan back over the last months of this weekly post, And you’ll get a fairly clear picture of the fact that there isn’t a "Typical" progress, Just massive, persistent, overwhelming - PROGRESS!) Keep It Up!!! Best Wishes-Mike Wazowski

Hi Everyone. Greetings from Bangkok!   After Singapore, I went to Kuala Lumpur for a few days.  Now Im in Bangkok.  Tomorrow morning, I'll be off to Taipei, that is if the typhoon doesn't cancel my flight. I've been able to eat healthy and continue my exercise.  There are many healthy food choices and all of the hotels have health clubs. If the scale in my room is correct, and if my conversion from kg to lbs is correct, I'm down 2 lbs. since last week.   Overall, I'm down 138 since surgery, and down 157 from my highest weight!

Highest: 375 Consultation: 373 PAT: 361 Surgery: 356 Last Week: 220 Today: 218

Saying I had a "good week" is like saying Stanford got a "good win" against USC; it's a considerable understatement.  My knee is improving quickly, and I did rehab twice this week plus got into the gym twice for upper body workouts.  My calories were exactly where I want them (a shade under 1500), and my protein intake is good too.  All of this added up to my best percentage loss in over three months.  Oh, and this weekend I had one of the hugest FARTS ever; I'll save the details for myself, but suffice it to say this would make anyone's "list." Here are my stats 28 weeks post-op: Highest Weight 375+ Pre-Surgery Weight 350 Last Week 242.6 This Week 236.2 Week Loss 6.4 Total loss so far 139 Loss since surgery 114

Still holding strong at the 215 mark. Lowest was 210 about 3 weeks ago but I think that was a fluke. Lately though I have been having days where I feel like my old fat ass, image wise. Other days I am like "damn man, you look good" The one thing that tends to keep my mind in check is when I am wearing my L basketball pants and L-XL shirt down from 4XL shirts and pants

7/15/07 - 225 pounds

GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
