After surgery Does your penis get any bigger?? Someone told me that it did because of all the fat down there but does it really??

Sort of.  Depending on how much fat you have in that area, when you lose weight more of it becomes accessible, as it were.  You can sort of get an idea for where it's heading in the future by pressing down on your pelvis to push the fat down/away. As for how much benefit it has "in the field," that's more ambigous.  Visually it's obviously better (but women aren't like us, they care so little about visuals in that regard). Given that the fat compresses, you can still use the hidden part to pretty good effect even when you're obese.  There's no doubt that you experience much better usability after weight loss, but I think that has as much (or more) to do with your belly not being in the way as it does with the penis being "longer," to say nothing of the stamina difference. .

Maybe it just looks bigger because you can see it again ;-)

It doesn't actually grow, it is the same size. The difference is that the fat around the groin area is gone and the stomach is out of the way. Therefore it appears bigger.

Hey Little Bro! Coming up on One Month Out! You doin’ OK? Glad you clicked on the place! Hope you find all of the info, experience and support This bunch of guys has to offer. Your Question? Yep.  Or at least appears to. Think of digging the dirt down around a fence post. The post doesn’t actually get any longer But more of it will be showing above the ground. Yes? Same as the fat pad over the pubic bone decreases. Some body-building sites exaggerate the claims to be And extra inch for every 50 lbs lost. (those wacky guys) It does seem to hold true that approximately ½” of “Usable Length” Results from every 40 to 50 lbs lost. This question has come up many times over the last few years And that seems to be the “Most agreed upon” number ratio. Hope all is going well for you Best Wishes- Dx
