I have the date

I have a date for my surgery November 13th 2007.  I met with the surgeon on Wednesday and he said that I had made the right decision to get surgery at this point in my life before I started to develop comorbidities.  I could have had an earlier date but that would have had to been open surgery and I'm only slightly over the max range for laparoscopy surgery.  So now with a crash diet + the two weeks liquid diet I should be in the range to have laparoscopy surgey rather than open surgery.

Good news--and I think you're wise to get laproscopic surgery if you qualify. It can drastically reduce post-op discomfort. Good luck.
