Hello to all

I have been a lurker for a while on the Mens Board here at OH, and I just wanted to introduce myself.   I like most here have been a HUSKY LAD most of my life and have now made the decission that WLS is the tool that I need to confront my weight issues. I am Pre Op and looking at having WLS sometime around february to april of next year. JIM

First welcome to the best forum on OH. As a fellow pre-op read read read alot of good info adn really good guys here. Be prepared to take some turns on your journey, it rarely a straight road.

Welcome!  This is a great place to be for information.  A lot of good stuff here.  People here tell it like it is.  No reason to hold back.  I've learned an awful lot that has helped me on my journey. At this point learn as much as you can and get ready for the ride. Brian

Hey Jim, Welcome to the Men’s Board. Another Mass- Bay-Stater?  That’s a fun bunch of WLS’ers up there. I’ve met up with Doug and Mel, JoAnn and Jane, TxBunny, RedSoxLuver, Lynda, Rita, etc… A few occasions. You’ve got a very active WLS community in the Boston area.
