One Year Anniversary...woooHooooooooo!

Exactly one year ago today, I had my WLS day in Rochester, NY!  Since then, I'm down 176 lbs, lost 21" off my waist, can walk WITHOUT stopping 5 miles briskly AND....well, in the morning, my wife often -- much much much more often -- has a big grin on her face! Man...if I only knew what I was missing that double decade when I put on 200 lbs.... Oh well, just wanted to say "thanks one and all for all the support here lads!" and to offer to some of our newer locker room guys the thought that while we all do it our own way, we all do get there! WoooHoooo....whatta ride! jim

Congrats Jim, It's been quite a year for you! And I understand what you mean about not knowing what you were missing during the decades of weight gain. Hey, that just makes this new life all the sweeter. Enjoy it.
