MONDAY HUMOR

Good monday morning friends.  Sorry for being behind of posting of my humor the past few days but have been having a very rough time with this broken arm.  I had some new x-rays last Monday and have told I just have to give it time to heal up.  Since it is a clean break and I just have to keep it in a sling.  I have been trying to keep up with my ministry committments as best I can.  Today is the first day I have been able to type so here is a something that I hope will put a smile on your face.   One warnig I do want to put out there to everyone, if you are prescribed sleeping medication do not get out of bed and wonder around the house, this is how I broke my arm.   Now for the joke for today. Dan __________________________________________________________________________ A Louisiana Highway Department employee stopped at a farm and talked with an old farmer. He told the farmer, "I need to inspect your farm for a possible new road." The old farmer said, "OK, but don't get out in that pasture over there." The Highway Dept. Employee flashed out his identification card and said, "I have the authority of the State of Louisiana to go any where I want. See this card? I will go wherever I wish." So the old farmer went about his farm chores.It wasn't too much later and the farmer heard loud screams and yelling. He looked over and saw several Highway Dept. Employees  running for their lives and right behind was  the farmer's huge prize bull. The bull was madder than a hornet's nest and was gaining on the employee at every step. The old farmer yelled out, "Show him your card, Smart Ass.... Show him your card!!"
