Hey everyone.  I hope you are all well.  Today is the start of my fall/winter/spring exercise routines.  That means treadmill instead of pavement, and more miles.  It also means adding the elliptical machine.  Hopefully that, along with yet another promise of cutting soda 95%m will get me to my goal of 195 sooner than later. Keep on keeping on I guess. You and I are in similar situations. I'm about 9 months out starting at 320. The weight came off real fast at first but now I'm down to only about a pound or slightly less a week. I'm at 218 with a goal of 180. Seems a long way away at this point. I exercise 3 days a week for an hour. 30 min on an elliptical and 30 min of strength training. Anyway good luck to both of us! Hope to stay in touch. Doug

You got a good recipe for success, Doug.  My goal is 195, but that is too msll for my frame.  But I'd like to get there, then regain MUSCLE and settle in for good around 208-210.  That is the plan anyways.  Well see how it goes.  Good luck to you. Side note, been up near Pelican Rapids a few times.  Up north of Fergus Falls, right near Fargo.  Good place.  I'm down in the southern part of the state.
