The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
Well, I'm now over six months since surgery. Though I'm not the fastest loser on here, I'm still slightly ahead of my projections, which a few months ago I considered wildly optimistic. Overall, I'm ecstatic.
My knee injury killed all of my exercise for the week, which put a dent in my streak of good losses. Bu after several days of severe pain/disability it's now healing faster than I expected (I forwent the leg brace today). I don't want to reinjure, but I'm hoping to get in some upper body lifting and light cardio next week.
Congrats to all my fellow losers. Y'all never fail to keep me inspired.

I'll be 12 weeks out on Tuesday. I'm feeling great. I've bought myself a mountain bike and I'm trying to ride daily. I've had one real ride so far of 12 miles at an average speed of 10 mph. Here are this weeks numbers :

Started at size 48 waist
Now am 36
Shirts went from 3XL to Just a plain old L
no muscle left really, and pretty weak, but starting to try to up my protein and lift weights. Been working out at cardio as well
