Chronic PAin???
i am 6 weeks out, and had the same problem. I talked to my doctor and he said that my body was going through many changes, including losing many pounds of bone crushing fat around my back and ribcage. It got better as the days went on, and now ive been outside cutting trees, pain free.
My pain was more of a stiffness, that got worse as I walked. It is gone now though
Charles,
Welcome to the club. Back pain is very common amongst all of us here in the locker room. There are as many theories about the hows and whys for it as there are pounds being dropped.
My personal experience is that the more active I get, the less back pain I have.
Also, you may wanna go see a good chiropractor. After many years of carrying around your excess weight, you may have some alignment issues that can be fixed by some good adjustments.
Of course, if it persists or gets unbearable, follow up with your doc. The back is not something you want to ignore!
Good luck and hang in there.
Danny
