Charleston

Well I went to Charleston for Dr. appointment and nothing new to report but we had a wonderful trip the weather was great and the city was beautiful. Have any of you watched the show on tv called the Real Estate Pros about the folks at Trademark properties? they started out on the show flip this house and they were so popular that they got there own show. Well we were on James Island just sight seeing when we ran across there office and we pulled in as we were getting out up pulls Richard Davis and his assistant Ginger!! They are the nicest folks that you can imagine, we stood around for about twenty minuets just chatting but I have to tell you that this is one of my favorite TV shows. So all in all we had a great day!!

Flopeyeman, Very cool.  It's kind cool to meet people you've only seen on TV and see how they are in real life.  Sometimes they're exactly the same, othertimes..  complete opposite. I got to meet one of my old fav's from years gone by a while back, and he was completely opposite of his portrayal.  A quiet, well spoken, very intelligent old gentleman.  20 bonus points to anyone who knows the ol guy...   (ahem.. the one WITHOUT hair .. LOL)... yeah, I know.. I was trying to look scared.. but I couldn't stop grinning 

He looks like a former wreasler.  But I am not sure.

 

 

That is nice that they would spend the time to talk. You look great, keep up the hard work. How did the docter visit go?  

The Dr. said that every thing was great and that I would have to come back in a couple of weeks to meet with the plastic surgeon to discuss my hernia repair and removal of my "apron" of extra meat!! I did get to weigh in and I'm down 332 pounds from my start weight of 740 down to a stealth 408 so It was a pretty big and loud FART!!
