Today was my first full day at work back on the truck and man, did I feel tired. The only vitamins that im taking right now are Centrum chewables. What I was wondering is: are there any other vitamins and/or suppliments that I can add to give me a boost? I just added veggies into my diet but something is still lacking. Any suggestions??

Hey Jeff.... I think this is pretty normal...you are trying to run a big deisel on rubbing alcohol... it does take some time to adjust....(for me about 8 weeks) but the body startes to adapt, and you drop the pounds, and it evens out after a while hope this helps Russ

Jeff - Get a good VItamin B supplement, too. I'm sure Dx will gladly post his informative Vit B info if you ask him nicely.  It's got good info and the B will help with energy levels. Also....make sure you're getting in some sunshine.  May sound corny, but it helps.

Vitamin B-12 and a calcium plus iron pill along with your multi-vitamin. I buy mine at Wal-mart. I was having trouble with restless leg, spoke to the Dr. and he put me on the B-12 and it went away. What a relief that was. I've also started taking magniesum because the calcium pills were making me constipated (bad). Just started so I'm not sure how it will play out, but I'm willing try most anything at this point.

You know, I forgot all about the B family. Ill hit Wally World tomorrow and pick up some sublingual B. I think I hav some calcium pills lurking around somewhere. Thanks for the replies.

Well, I started taking the sublingual B and a B complex the last 2 days and im beginning to feel an increase in energy. Nothing earth shattering, but im not dragging my butt either. Hopefully my energy will increase as I continue to take these vitamins.
