The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
Hey guys, I need a good kick in there rear. I haven't lost anything in 5 weeks, not because of a plateau - just too much screwing around. I want to lose another 10-15lbs but just been cheating too much, not exercising enough, etc. Really, living normal enjoying life, but I'm not where I need to be yet. Anyway, stay on me. Going to be doing a lot of traveling in the next 4 weeks (7 trips) so that will make it extra tough. Just don't want to let good stand in the way of best.
Thanks
Greg

Helo all,
It's been a great week. It is so nice to have the energy that I have never had in my life. This last week I split and stacked two cords of wood, walked 35.5 miles and walked my first fun walk. As an added bonus my wife walked along. Even dontated blood. My mom is improving greatly after a recent heart pace maker implant and a reduction in her medication. My youngest daughter just got promoted to a management position. Life can't get much better. Oh and I lost 2 pounds.
Here's my numbers:
Starting weight, 1st consult (January 13, 2006) 339
Surgery weight (March 20, 2006): 300
Weight last week: 179
Weight this week: 177
Total lost: 162
Life is great. Rick
