Intense Exercise Hiits the News Again
actually i layed off lifting while i was gone. gave my muscles a great time off. i did run twice a day with tango and we would just run in the mountains for miles and miles. it's over 6k feet so it took a little adjustment. sounds like all is well on the board, good to be back. later.......carbonblob

How about that article? The guys who played soccer put on 4.5 pounds of muscle in three months, just from sprinting around and then resting, instead of jogging the entire time.
Glad you took a break in Tahoe, with all of that hard work you always do. Also really happy to hear that Bob has regained consciousness and appears to be on the up and up. The coma really had me worried, but at the same time, I figured that they must have done brain scan. Looks like he'll be back sometime in a month or two, with a "hard reboot".
Really getting into the fat burning stuff, the diet and intense exercise. Still doing weights, but spending about half the time as before. Of course, since I was overtraining I haven't lost anything at all. My biggest changes are in daily carb intake (about 30 grams) and not eating 2-3 hours before bed. Then there's the carb load two evening per week.
Thank gosh I don't have to measure anything or I'd never do this. I can pretty much "feel" it out.
