Started the gym today
About 11 weeks out now. Doing very good. I started at a gym today. A real light workout. I think I did only 10 reps of about 3 machines, then I used a incline (slight) walker for about 5 minutes, then jogged about 2 minutes, then used the stairstepped for about 2 minutes and finally swimmed the length of the pool 4 times. I know it was very light. But I just wanted to try things out and not over do it... I will probably work out about 3 or 4 times a weekand start building on the sets of reps. I've lost about 44 lbs. since surgery. It is slow but it is dropping. I got down to 306 for surgery and today I'm at 262. I mainly want to start trying to do something with the excess skin under the arms and lower stomach... Any suggestions appreciated. Mike
