Odd moment last night

So, I got to the fish market last night to eat some Snapper. This place has these wooden chairs, so I sit down and wait for my meal to come. As I am sitting I am like what the hell am I sitting on... Low and behold I feel the bones in my ass I am sitting on there was like no padding there. Very weird, but cool in the same time.

Hey Chris...congrats big time on a flabby AZZ We have discussed this a lot...I think what we (the mens board) recommends is uping the leg and butt exercises....swuats, lunges it only takes a little layer of muscle to raise that bone off the chair hope this helps Russ

I've coached High School football in Texas for the better part of thirty years and was always called "NO ASS" before. Now I'm really No Ass and it feels good.

WELCOME TO THE BONEY ASS CLUB.  I would read early on guys posting about this problem and couldn't really understand it. Well now I know first hand, as well. Have you noticed that you don't sit as tall in your car or on a motorcycle, which ever the case may be? When I first bought the car I have now, I had to adjust the power seat down as far as it would go for head room. Now I have plenty of room. No more fat ass, now it's flabby though.  pan head

Three FART moments from my past.  When I discovered I had a collar bone and a hip bone!!  I hadn't seen them in years.  The other was "Why is it taking so long for my bath to fill up??"  Brian

It is indeed difficult, the sacrifices we must make. The switch cheek manuver is also popular amongst boney butt members, which is covered by crossing your legs then swithcing to the otherside, or the leaning forward with the bored, tired, or meditative look popular at weddings and church meetings. More handkerchiefs also help,...on both sides.

It gets better, but only with leg work!

I have the same issue, but can't start doing too much legwor****il I get this friggin' lymphedema / cellulitis under control. A minor fart moment for me:  Discovering that the veins in my arms stand out.   Being a life-long fat kid, I've never seen that before.  I recently noticed it, then realized I've been able to see them like this for a few months now. Now I just have to watch out so I don't catch my nipples / chest hair in the zipper on my jeans!
