Hey Guys, I just wanted to let everyone know that as of this morning I can actually say that I way 299. I hope and pray that the number 300 and my weight are never mentioned in the same sentence again. All I want to do is see it in the rear view mirror as I continue down the road to 220 (according to my Dr).

I'm right there with you, buddy. I started at 407 and hit 299 a couple of weeks ago. It's a great feeling knowing that is the last time you will ever have to start entering your weight with a "3".
