Question............
Got a challenge for you that might work:
Work out early morning (or right after you get up and have your huge glass of water, protein powder and eat some raw or blanched - not fried almond slices).
Get some protein and almonds (just a handful after the water) every three hours.
Then, don't eat for three hours before you go to bed. Continue this for a couple of weeks and your hunger should decrease.

Hey Bro.....
if you are hungry eat...just make the right choice....you can 4-5 chickend breast, and it won;t hurt your weight....not KFC...but you know what I mean...fill up on something good....smoked turkey...grilled fish...grilled chicken....a salad as big as your head...just use the no fat dressing....but I can't fight that hunger....just make a good choice
