Our challenge today is to get up and get going. Don't just sit there! If you aren't up and going, you are missing out on life, on losing (weight that is), you are letting your life pass you by. If you'll get up, get going, and move, you'll be surprised at how your life will change. In EVERY way! Physically, mentally, and socially. So, get up and get going today!
