oh yea - being six ten is a factor in the loss, i'm sure... That was always one of the problems - i could gain 20 pounds, and not even notice............. and, didn't step on a scale for years - so, realizing i had reached 547 was sure a reality check.......... Thank God those days are gone forever............ Chuck
