I have no idea what to get him .. he'll be 38 Saturday.. he is a "car guy" but i'd rather not get him car stuff .. we buy that kinda stuff all the time so it wouldn't seem like a gift. .. last year I bought him a new t.v so thats not an option this year ... any help would be great .. thanks ~Kelly

A weekend getaway WITHOUT you? (hey, just suggestions... don't take offense) Computer? or maybe an upgrade? Umm, buy yourself something sexy for him to benefit from? Dunno... can't really gauge anything without knowing him more... just gave some typical man stuff.

Get him a TiVo or DVR, if you don't already have one. There's nothing like pausing and rewinding live broadcasts and fast forwarding through commercials--plus recording stuff automatically.

All good sugestions especially Russ. I am a car guy too and if he is like me it is hard to buy him anything. I have to get my own stuff for the vehicles cause nobody has any Idea what I am talking about 2 thirds of the time including other car nuts.... I say shy away from the buy something for you for him,, cause when my wife does that she never buys the dominatrix outfit,,, I always end up with fluffy the pixy fairy or the naughty teacher,,,, Neither of which is verry desirable, never liked ferries or teachers!!! Now in all seriousness..... I drive ALOT and a mp3 player or xm radio would be Ideal for that. Course the last 3 birthdays for me have been spent relaxing on the back portch grilling for the family. But that is me... Oh and never make sex a birthday present,,,, well unless you are making it extra memorable. You see he has already earned it because well he made it another year. Enjoy!!
