Potassium rich foods?
Wonder if that's "evaporated coffee"? (instant). It it is I'll never suffer from hyponatro.
Funny how people always think bananas are the prime source of potassium. Maybe because the potassium and sugar hit you faster. A doc once told me that anything that was once alive contains potassium. That meat, for example is loaded. The question is whether it is a source of quick potassium.
I suppose with the pouch might be a double edged sword, we can both access potassium more easily and wa**** away more easily.

"Elaborated" probably comes from the verb form of elaborate- as in- To develop, produce, render, even schematize. In French Classic Cooking, when one "Elaborates a Dough," It means the full process- combining ingredients, kneading, letting rise, Developing the Glutin, re-kneading, etc… It is a way of referring "all inclusively" to/of a series of steps Needed to produce something. For Coffee, it would likely refer to The Drying, Roasting, the Grinding, as well as Any number of methods of either extracting the essence, or infusing or combining the oils, or even powdered coffee into water. Although it sounds like a "Hoity-Toity" way of saying it, It’s really a way of expressing a whole litany of possible steps Into one "catch-all" term. The same is used in explaining or talking about How one "learns" a thing in cognitive psychology. All of the various ways of retaining information- rote, rehearsal, practice, comparison referral, etc… Can all be "chunked together" with the term- "Elaborated." That’s my best guess….. Best Wishes- Dx
