Long time, Nick. I'm not going to do the Moab century in Oct. since the bridge is out to the BIG NASTY! The ride is on my radar screen for next year though. I think I'm going to do the 4 day ride in March again though. It still ranks up there as one of my favorite rides. Moab is one of the most beautiful places on Earth imo. People are great as well. I hope to meet you in person one of these days.  Keep on spinning, brother!! Boner

Thanks, Dx!! I didn't (couldn't  ) get on the bike or spinner yesterday so I'm going to lay low for this week. The only problem is my eating has been on the uptick ever since the family reunion in Iowa a couple of weeks ago.  The good old Iowa food and the lower exercise resulted in an increase of poundage of 8 big ones. I'm going to fast today to let my pouch know who's in control. I hope I can do it. This maintenance thing and the head hunger can be a ***** I just gots to take a look at the before picture to remind me of the fat-Boner. . That should help. Boner
