4 months out question
Hey guys, I am 4 months out as of this coming Friday. I have lost 90 pds so far and I am at 275 pds right now. I started off at 365 and lost 13 during the 2 week liquid diet. My question to you guys is. ABout what size meal portions should I be able to tolerate. For example, today I had for lunch (at work by the way) Chinese take (Bad I know) whi*****luded 1 egg roll and the meal itself was the beef with brocoilli. Now I ate about 2/3 of the egg roll for carbs and fat and had about 4 bites off beef with rice mixed in and I feel stuffed. Is this about the right size for someone at this stage? I feel stuffed but not to the point of being sick. I am just trying to learn what to do before I head down under on Oct 3rd in Antarctica. Most people in Sub 0 temps need like 5000 cals a day to live and I know that wont work for me so I am still learning....Any input? All advice is welcome. Thanks.
Thats a lot more than I could handle, food type and quantity at that point but we didn't have the same surgeon and we don't have the same body so, if it works for you,...go for it, but it sounds like you could be making some healthier choices on the type of fuel you are choosing. Egg roll/shrimp roll is fried and it would kill me now at almost 12 months out.
I'd be barfing and hurting for 2 hrs if I ate one. (ask me how I know??)
Hey, yea I know it wasn't the best choice. This was the first time I had chinese and all. I had limited choices today since I forgot my lunch at home and I got the safest thing on there....lol....The really did not enjoy the egg roll that much it almost tasted weird post surgery. Anyways, thanks for the help and advice. Trust me I want to eat right and do this thing right. Just gotta learn what I am doing before I hop down to Antarctica where the food is some what limited...haha
