I Don't See It
My highest was 375, this morning I am still at 185. I am at 9 months since surgery. Just now I will look at my self and see the changes. My wrists look small and I can see veins in my arms. I will look at my legs and my thighs are about half the size they were. There are times I hold my jeans up now and I think how will I fit my ass in thoughs? pan head

I am with you. At almost 20 months out I still see the fat guy most of the time. My son took this picture of me (in the yellow shirt) last week after a balloon flight. I had to stare it for an hour because I know it is me, I just could not believe how thin I look from this angle.
Edit: The pic is the first one on my profile. Cant get it up here

I still feel as though I am the fattest guy in the room. I still think that people are looking at me because I am this huge massive fat guy. I look in the mirror and wonder who it is looking back at me.
It is starting to get easier. I realize how much of a prisoner I was in my old body and the more things I do that I couldn't before, I realize how much I have changed.
It'll work out sooner or later. I have been told it could be a year or two before it does.
