Why am I tired all of a sudden?
For about a month I have been dragging ass. I am okay in the morning but by mid-day I really need a nap. If I can't get one I am tired all day.
The good news is that I had all my blood work done this morning so the results should be back soon.
Thanks
Scott

Sorry I am a little late getting back. I had a busy day yesterday watching ARMY barely sneak past 1-AA Univ of Rhode Island at West Point. The night before was a river boat cruise. That and the hundreds of girls make for a tired boy.
BTW, I tried a little Viagra last week and it was awesome. Not that I need it, of course.
You may be right though. Perhaps it's time to slow it down a little.

Scott I don't know why but I am going thru the very same feeling every day. I see we had our surgery just a few weeks apart. I looking forward to hear if anyone else has the same problem. I get my blood work done the end of this month so will anxious to see what it looks like. Dan
If you have a prayer request whether WLS or personal, please visit our website at www.packardministries.org and click on PRAYER or email me at [email protected]
You will be added to our daily prayers. One of our ministry objectives is to support those having or had WLS. Pastor Dan
I am anxious to see the blood work also. I kind of hope something is off so there is an explanation. Good luck
Scott

Yep! Same problem here guys. I don't feel I need a nap in the middle of the day, but I can't stay up past 10 PM. I will fall asleep on the couch if I try to.
I've been taking Optisource vitamins for a few months now. These vitamins have everything in one pill, B6, B12, Calcium, and all the rest. I haven't had blood work done in a few months, so I'm not sure what my levels are like right now. Today I bought some B-12 to take separately. I'll let you know if it helps.
Ron
Hey Ron,
I have been taking the Optisource for almost four years now. I supplement them with extra calcium, B1, B-12, and potassium. Optisource is a little shy on these, so my nutritionist had me add these to keep my levels up to par. A lot of studies have indicated that RNY patients are B-1 deficient so it doesn't hurt to add them.
Rob
I take the B-12 and calcium sperately and have just added iron. Maybe that will help. It might be time for a Nut appointment. See ya
