crazy cramps when running
Are we talking leg type cramps or like a stomach cramp.
Muscle cramps need water and potassium. I typically drink around 100 oz a day to help there.
Stomach cramps could be caused by a lack of deep breathing. Every 4 or 5 breaths, exhale as much as you can to get everything out of your lungs. This will force you to get new oxygen in your lungs.
