Eating Before Bed & Bodyfat
One thing that helps me is having the protein powder available in case I don't have time to eat. When I get home I've usually been eating chicken salad all day and want to eat a big salad or something non-protein. If I've missed my protein, then I can swallow half a teacup full of whey and water mixed, which still allows me room for veggies, something high fat or whatever.
I've been drinking a lot more, too since starting the 30-40 grams a day of carb. That could have something to do with the decrease in appetite.
