How many calories are you eating?
I take in 1300-1500 most days, but that's < 6 months out. It's not designed to maintain my weight. My calculations indicate I'll need to take in about 2500 calories at approximately my goal weight, assuming I keep exercising three hours per week and my metabolism stays at it's current (not very good) rate.
Hey Gus, I’m over 4 years out… I take in between 2000 and 2300 a day. If I’m in a week where I’m getting in all of my exercise, I tend to be closer to 2300, and when I’m not fitting all of my walking/running into my schedule I cut back to around 2000 a day. The percentages are also fairly standard- Approx.- 30% fats(mostly Monounsaturated and PolyUnsaturted) 30% Low-glycemic Carbs 40% Protein. Best Wishes- Dx
