Glad to be done with my graveyard shift for awhile and looking forward to sleeping at night. Not much new on the weight front, I guess that's a good thing.
Here's my numbers:
Starting weight, 1st consult (January 13, 2006) 339
Surgery weight (March 20, 2006): 300
Weight last week: 178
Weight this week: 179
Total lost: 160
Have a great week and a good holiday.
Life is great, Rick
It has been a while (29Jul) since I posted… Not on a plateau, but on a very slow slide. I am going to schedule a band adjustment as soon as I can fit it in to my schedule. I went 4 consecutive weeks with an identical 0.2# weight loss per week… a month to lose 0.8#. Loss is still loss, but wow that is frustrating!
The root of the problem requires a mirror to locate… The band is loose enough that I can eat around it if I am in a hurry, and consequently do. I am going to have that fixed by having the ‘Band adjusted (Going to 8cc’s). Also we have only been to the Gym 3 times in the last 8 weeks…. Summer has us on our Goldwing almost every extra second we can find. So what I am trying to say is that the problem is ME!
With that being said, here are my results to date…
