I need some help with exercise routine!!
Hey Derrick,
Nothing raises metabolism or burns more calories than HIIT. You can actually do it after you lift, lift one day, do HIIT one day or just about any variation that your energy level will allow.
At the top of my profile are some links to posts where guys were talking about HIIT. There are also some links to a diet I am trying which is supposed to reduce body fat by allowing your body to produce more growth hormone (=decrease insulin production, mostly).
Anyway, check those out and you'll find some things.
Best Wishes,
Dave
Joe's right. Nothing like a double helping of what you like the way you like it to keep you working out.
When I asked Jeremy about sets and reps way back, he said something similar: Don't want to quit something you really really like doing. Of course, at the time I had no idea I was going to try sprinting and like it so much.
Then, with that you mix in some of what you don't really like, but works.
Best Wishes,
Dave
