Liduid Diet Before/After....
I have done the powder protien stuff before a long time ago but don't bet on them tasting any better. Regardless, if it tastes good then it has sugars in it which we want to stay away from. So just get used to the ideas these are gonna "suck balls" as an earlier post mentioned (HAHA).

Supposed to be flavorless.
Guess I'll give this stuff a shot and the ON Any Whey.
What about shakes and other forms of protiens. I'm not too worried about carbs, most of the mixes have carbs in them. Just trying to find the NO SUGAR stuff.

Atkins stuff looks pretty safe with only 1gm of sugar per pre-mixed shake.

This is the stuff I was talking about in a previous post. I've used it for the last 4 months and while I still don't like the taste I can tolerate it. It also has some other good stuff in it Gluetamine and a few grams of BCAAs. 48g or protein per two scoops ain't bad either. :)
