About time I showed up here

Been on OH for quite a while.  I had lap band surgery on Feb 1, 2007.  Had originally gone in for Lap RNY but the surgery went south and I went back five weeks later for lap band.  The whole story is on my profile.  It is going well, but been kind of hard to change expectations from RNY weight loss to lap band weight loss.  I keep think about where I would be if the first surgery had worked.  Anyway, I will post more later, just wanted to say hello and start getting involved on this forum. Hey Craig, Welcome to the best forum on the OH site. We're glad you found us and signed in. As for which kind of surgery you had, try not to compare apples to oranges. We've got guys here with spectacular successes from all sorts of surgeries. And there's no timetable either. Our lives and bodies are individual and our progress will be as well. But progress is progress. Expectations are a b*tch to overcome, aren't they? Here's hoping you'll soon settle into a groove of enjoying your new life.
