One Year Pics, Profile and Thanks!
Hi Ron,
What a great wish to never forget where we came from (obesity). And you are so right about nothing tasting as good as thin feels. My wife and I just got home from celebrating my first year with a meal out at a good Italian restaurant. Guess what I had? A side order of grilled chicken and a side of mashed potatoes. Guess what I ate? Half of a delicious chicken breast and about a third of a portion of potatoes. And it was perfect. Who'd a thunk it?
Thanks for the good thoughts.
Doug

Sean,
Considering that I'm a 61-year old codger with a codger's metabolism, I bet you go from 60 to 42 in less than a year! But however long it takes doesn't really matter once we start to change.
Like the big guns in the workout photo, do you? Well, my secret workout potion just might be for sale . . .
The way things are going, it may take almost as long to drop the last 30 as it took to drop 120+. We'll see.
Thanks for the post.
