Hey Al, Thanks. As for the belt, I used to joke to my wife that when my waist size matched my height I'd be a goner. At 67" tall, that 60" came too close for comfort!

Doug, your just not the same without the "No Dumping" avatar. I guess we will have to get use to the new Doug now. I went through your pictures and your looking good. Try and find the no dumping picture and keep it in your profile...it is to much of a classic to go to waste...or waist...Brian

I am still amazed at how much we have in common and how much fun and useful info comes along with the complications, struggles, and ups and downs of struggling with being big guys or former big guys. Hey Doug, I read your profile; good read. I think you really speak for most of the men on this board with how you felt about yourself. Hopefully, most of us have had surgery for the same reasons, too. I know my family and friends played a huge part in my decision. Even though I knew it was ultimately my decision, and that I would be doing all the work to lose the weight, and I/we have. If I had one wi**** would be that I never forget where I came from (obesity). "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."
